Join us for Bleed's two events and exhibit of art in progress. Come on July 15th for a short talk about social norms around menstruation, and a storytelling conversation. Come back on July 30th for "Bleed (until you don't)," a generative writing workshop about pauses and cessation of periods.

About the event

  • Saturday July15 -  Bleed - A Complicated Relationship.  This two-part program will start a short talk from scholar Priyanka about social norms around menstruation. It will be followed by a storytelling / conversation section led by Bella Epsteind and Jennifer New in which people are provided prompts to reflect on their relationship to their period.
  • Sunday July 30 - Bleed (until you don't).  This is a generative writing workshop led by Jennifer New about our emotional relationship to pauses and cessations of periods.
