PorchLight's Poetry Exchange

Our poetry exchange offers participants the opportunity to share new work each month in a supportive and community building environment. Feedback in mostly positive and descriptive, unless writers have specific questions for readers. There is no cone of silence. Writers whose work is up for critique may ask and respond to questions during the discussion. To have your work discussed at a meeting, you will need to send it to the group email list one week in advance. Every participant should read each submission before the meeting and come prepared to share their thoughts, notes or written feedback. This group is great for intermediate and advanced poets -- those who have an established practice, or those looking to get back into poetry after taking time off.
