About the event
In this Workshop you will:
Receive seasonal prompts and practices to explore prior to the gathering.
Explore rituals to release what is being held that no longer serves you and tune into the wisdom of your body.
Learn gentle ways to attune to yourself with the cycles of nature.
Collaborate in the creation of an Altar to release individual and collective burdens .
Join in reflective and imaginative writing activities
