Service Description

This furnished one bedroom apartment provides a low cost space to escape and create. The apartment includes a small bedroom, a living room, a partial kitchen, and bathroom. Guest may use the full kitchen in the common area if they wish to bake or cook on a stovetop. Guests are welcome to use the common area salon when there are no workshops scheduled. The front wrap-around porch and gardens are available to share as well. Pricing is $100 a night with 20% off of stays of a week or longer. Half day rentals, 7:00 - noon, or 1:00-6:00 are available for 50$ a session. To book a stay please email jennifer@porchlightliterary.org for more details.
