Join us for Music, Words & Views to support PorchLight

Dear Friends,

One of our goals at PorchLight is to offer a space for writers to interact, perform with, and learn from artists working in different mediums. Our first Rooftop event did just that by blending music, poetry and prose performances from the wonderful Deb Talan, Rachel Yoder, and Anna Morrison. We couldn't have asked for a better kick-off to the series. And we can't thank you enough for showing up to support PorchLight in this fundraising series.

This Friday at 7:00 we are thrilled to offer the second installment of the series, with an equally amazing group of Iowa artists. We hope you will join us up on the roof of Market House for music from Stephanie Catlett, fiction from DK Nnuro, and poetry from Vi Khi Nao. The artists have chosen to explore the theme of "Growth and Change," a theme that feels apt for the summer time, and hopeful moving forward in this historical moment.
